1. Officer / Sr. Officer – Injectable Manufacturing
B.Sc M.Sc B.PharmExperience: 2–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- BMR preparation
- ERP knowledge
- SOP process knowledge
- Media fill activities
- cGMP-compliant documentation
- Compliance with cGMP/GDP, SOPs, BPR/BMR and audits
- Handling deviations, CAPA, NCRs and investigations
- Coordination with QA, Warehouse, Maintenance and other departments
2. Executive – Injectable Manufacturing
B.Sc M.Sc B.PharmExperience: 5–9 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage liquid injectable operations
- Filling, sealing and batch manufacturing
- Vessel handling
- Autoclave and ampoule/vial washing
- Environmental and particle monitoring
- In-process checks
- Prepare and revise SOPs
- Maintain BMR/BPR, logbooks and production records
- Material dispensing and production documentation
- Manpower and production planning
3. Executive – Injectable Packing
B.Sc M.Sc B.PharmExperience: 5–9 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute production and packing schedules
- Ensure achievement of production targets
- Dispensing, line clearance and visual inspection
- Finished-goods transfer
- Compliance with cGMP/GDP and SOP requirements
- Handle deviations, CAPA and investigations
- Change control and validation activities
- Coordinate with QA, Warehouse and Maintenance
- Drive continuous improvement and effective team management
