- Hands-on experience with HPLC and UPLC
- Ion Chromatography

- OOS/OOT investigations
- Method validation and calibration
- GLP and data-integrity compliance
3. Production – Manufacturing
Injectables 4–8 YearsKey Skills / Requirements:
- Experience in sterile injectable manufacturing
- Aseptic processing
- Material handling and equipment operation
- Batch manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of SIP and CIP
- Filtration vessel operations
- pH meter, DO meter and weighing balance operation

- Raw-material dispensing and sampling
- SAP transactions

5. Engineering – Process Maintenance

- Maintenance and troubleshooting of vial filling equipment
- Pre-filled syringe equipment experience
- Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance
- Knowledge of filling machines, isolators and RABS
- Capping machines and conveyors
- Autoclaves and associated manufacturing equipment
- Utility systems including HVAC and PW/WFI
- Compressed air and clean-room operations

- 4–8 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
