🔬 Department-Wise Skills
Production
Hands-on experience in operating reactors, centrifuges, dryers, millers and vacuum systems. Knowledge of crystallization, filtration, drying, milling, packing, clean-room procedures, SCADA/DCS/PLC and SOP preparation may be required.
Quality Control
Experience in pharmaceutical QC, sampling of raw materials, intermediates and APIs, GMP documentation and analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV spectrophotometer, auto-titrator and polarimeter.
Quality Assurance
Experience in IPQA, AQA, validation and QMS activities including deviations, CAPA, change control, investigations, SOP management and regulatory compliance.
AR&D
Experience in analytical activities related to synthesis R&D, stability samples, analytical method development and validation. Familiarity with HPLC, GC, FTIR and UV instruments may be useful.
R&D
Relevant research experience in pharmaceutical or chemical development activities with knowledge of GMP and laboratory safety requirements.
EHS
Hands-on knowledge of process, laboratory and chemical safety, GMP and safety requirements, and coordination with applicable regulatory or government departments.
