🔬 Key Functional Requirements
Aerosol / MDI Manufacturing
Knowledge of Aerosol, MDI, Darma, Nasal and sterile machine operations, including batch manufacturing, CIP and SIP activities.
OSD / Capsule Manufacturing
Experience in capsule filling, manufacturing, Wurster coating, pellets and tablet manufacturing operations.
Sterile Manufacturing
Knowledge of sterile operations, aseptic-area maintenance, media fill, sterile filling, autoclave, CIP and SIP. Experience with FFS, BFS or PFS machine operations may be preferred.
Stores / Warehouse
Knowledge of raw materials, packing materials, dispensing, QMS activities, CAPA, change control and deviations.
Engineering
Knowledge of process-maintenance activities, production and packing machines, QMS, CAPA, change control and deviation management.
Microbiology
Knowledge of environmental monitoring, MLT, sterility testing, water testing, BET testing, media preparation, bioburden testing and growth-promotion testing.
