Positions Available
Annual Product Quality Review
- Compile and review Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQRs).
- Work on manufacturing process overview and batch release/rejection.
- Handle CCRs, process validation, deviations, complaints and CAPA.
- Review recalls, FARs, returns, stability and process yield.
- Knowledge of SAP, LIMS and QMS TrackWise preferred.
- Understanding of international regulatory requirements.
Customer Complaints
- Manage end-to-end customer complaint handling.
- Receipt, triage, investigation, coordination and tracking.
- Evaluate complaint reports and product impact.
- Escalate significant quality concerns when required.
- Issue response letters and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain compliance with established quality and regulatory standards.
Global Supplier Quality
- Manage supplier-related CCRs and QA agreements.
- Handle specifications and SAP data.
- Support reduction of testing assessments.
- Execute supplier qualification activities.
- Work with APIs, excipients and packaging components.
E-Lab Documentation
- Experience in LIMS configuration and laboratory informatics.
- Master Data Management knowledge.
- Exposure to GxP quality systems.
- Knowledge of CCRs, LIRs, deviations, complaints and CAPA.
- Data Integrity compliance experience.
- Laboratory knowledge of HPLC, GC, UV and dissolution.
- Understanding of stability testing and drug substance testing.
- Knowledge of SAP, LIMS, QMS TrackWise and pharmacopoeial requirements.
Stability Data Analytics
- Prepare and review Stability Summary Reports.
- Perform stability data trending for Annual Stability Summary Review packages.
- Support APQR/RCA activities.
- Interpret statistical analysis from LIMS/Minitab.
- Support shelf-life estimation.
- Perform product shelf-life extension or reduction assessments.
