Recruitment Overview
Available Positions
Quality Assurance – Injectables
- Review of analytical documents, STPs, specifications, protocols and reports.
- Audit trail review and Data Integrity (ALCOA+) activities.
- Review of HPLC / UPLC / GC analytical data.
- Laboratory investigations and OOS/OOT handling.
- CAPA management.
- Change control, deviation management and risk assessment.
Quality Control – Injectables
- Hands-on experience with HPLC and UPLC.
- Experience with IC, UV spectroscopy and KF techniques.
- Raw material, in-process and stability analysis.
- OOS/OOT investigations.
- Method validation and calibration.
- GLP, data integrity, regulatory compliance and audit exposure.
Production – Injectables
- Experience in sterile injectable manufacturing and aseptic processing.
- Material handling and equipment operation.
- Batch manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of CIP and SIP for manufacturing and filtration vessels.
- Operation of pH meter, DO meter and weighing balances.
- SOP compliance, cGMP documentation and line clearance.
- Deviation handling and production planning.
Warehouse – Injectables
- Knowledge of raw material dispensing and sampling.
- SAP transactions and inventory management.
- GMP documentation.
- Material issuance, labelling and reconciliation.
- Dispensing booth operations and traceability.
- Compliance with warehouse GMP practices.
Engineering – Injectables
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of vial filling and pre-filled syringe equipment.
- Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of sterile injectable manufacturing lines.
- Knowledge of filling machines, isolators/RABS, capping machines and conveyors.
- Experience with utility systems such as HVAC, PW and WFI.
- Experience with compressed air and clean-room operations.
Experience & Eligibility
Required Experience: 4–8 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
Applicants should have relevant practical experience for the department and position for which they are applying.
Candidates with previous experience in injectable or sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environments may be particularly suitable for several of the advertised functions.
