Key Responsibilities & Technical Exposure:
• Officer: B.Tech / M.Sc Chemistry (2 to 6 Years Experience)[cite: 1]
- Working in shift production shop-floor activities and batch processing[cite: 1].
- Online filing of BPRs, batch records, SAP activities, and documentation compliance[cite: 1].
- Hands-on experience operating equipment: Reactors, Sparkler Filters, Candle Filters, Centrifuges, and Dryers as per SOPs[cite: 1].
- Thorough understanding of GMP, cGMP, and Data Integrity standards[cite: 1].
- Prior exposure to USFDA and MHRA regulated API manufacturing plants[cite: 1].

- Preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and operating principles of shop-floor instruments[cite: 1].
- Handling deviation investigations and root cause analysis (RCA) software[cite: 1].
- Knowledge of GAMP-5, 21 CFR Part 11, and Computer System Validation (CSV) protocols[cite: 1].
- Operation and maintenance of PLC, SCADA, and DAS systems[cite: 1].
