🎓 Educational Qualification

👨🔬 Experience Requirements
- Overall professional experience of approximately 15–20 years.
- Candidates should have a minimum of approximately 15 years of experience in the API industry.
- At least 5 years in a quality leadership role is preferred.
- Experience in regulated pharmaceutical markets is preferred.
- Proven experience in independently managing QA and QC teams.
- Candidates willing to work at Malanpur, Gwalior will be preferred.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, ICH, WHO-GMP, USFDA, EU-GMP and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System.
- Manage deviations, CAPA, change controls, OOS, OOT, incidents, complaints and product recalls.
- Lead investigations and ensure effective root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Oversee QC laboratory operations and ensure timely testing and release of materials and APIs.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity, ALCOA+ principles and Good Documentation Practices.
- Manage internal, external, customer and regulatory audits.
- Review and approve SOPs, analytical methods, specifications and other quality documentation.
- Develop, mentor and manage QA and QC teams.
- Promote a strong quality culture and drive continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in API manufacturing.
- At least 5 years in a quality leadership position.
- Experience working with regulated pharmaceutical markets.
- Proven track record of independently managing QA and QC teams.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lead quality operations at a senior management level.
