🎯 Job Purpose
The role involves preparing, updating and reviewing specifications, SOPs, policies and operating documents used for material analysis so that predefined quality parameters, pharmacopoeial standards and cGMP requirements are followed.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise SOPs, specifications and other analytical documentation.
- Review pharmacopoeial updates, amendments and relevant guidelines.
- Review documents against approved quality procedures and supporting records.
- Maintain appropriate records for issuance of controlled documents and bound books.
- Support harmonisation and simplification of documentation processes across units.
- Coordinate with QC, QA, Regulatory Affairs, R&D and other cross-functional teams when required.
