🔬 Key Requirements & Responsibilities
Key Requirements
- Experience in NABL / ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory QMS and documentation.
- Experience in handling laboratory audits and compliance activities.
- Background in water testing or environmental laboratory work is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and NABL guidelines.
- Maintain laboratory QMS documentation including SOPs, STPs, formats and logs.
- Plan internal audits and support NABL/client external audits.
- Review and approve test reports, raw data and quality records.
- Handle OOS, OOT, deviations and non-conformities.
- Perform root-cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Oversee calibration, maintenance and validation records.
- Ensure method validation and verification as per applicable standards.
- Maintain traceability of standards, reagents and reference materials.
- Conduct quality-system training for laboratory staff.
