About the Opportunity
This role is focused on Analytical Development Laboratory operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The selected professional will be responsible for analytical activities, regulatory compliance, documentation, coordination with cross-functional teams, and supporting analytical method development and validation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to applicable cGMP, GLP and regulatory requirements.
- Handle and manage ADL (Analytical Development Laboratory) activities.
- Plan, execute and review analytical studies according to project requirements.
- Maintain records, documentation and data integrity.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely release of samples and reports.
- Support method development, validation and troubleshooting.
- Train and guide team members for continuous improvement.
