Analytical Characterization
Apply deep technical expertise in NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, and precise structure confirmation for novel chemical entities.
Cross-Functional Discovery Integration
Synthesize and integrate in vitro/in vivo biology, ADME/DMPK, CADD, and computational chemistry data to drive confident scientific decisions.
Client Engagements, Patents & Publications
Spearhead international client presentations, technical reports, IP patent filings, high-impact scientific publications, and lab excellence initiatives.
Academic Credentials
- PhD / Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Organic Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry.
- Candidates holding M.Sc. / M.Pharm in Medicinal Chemistry with exemplary track records in drug discovery are also eligible.
Industry Experience Profile
- 10 to 15 Years of verifiable experience in Contract Research Organizations (CRO) or integrated drug discovery (IDD) settings.
- Demonstrated success in transitioning hits to leads and leads to clinical candidates.
- Strong leadership acumen in mentoring junior scientists and guiding multi-step organic synthesis teams.
