Production – OSD Executive

📍 Job Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh

🎓 Qualification & Experience

Qualification: B.Pharm

Experience: Minimum 1–4 Years

Candidates having relevant experience in pharmaceutical Production OSD operations can attend the walk-in interview.

Working Shift

Candidates should be comfortable working in 3 rotational shifts.

⚙️ Key Responsibility Areas

Granulation

Handling wet and dry operations.
Operation of HSG, FBD, roll compactor and Quadro mill.

Compression

Operating Sejong and Korsch compression machines.
Managing recipes, metal detector and deduster systems.

Coating

Operating Sejong and Glatt coating machines.
Coating dispersion preparation and recipe management.

Capsule Filling

Operate, clean and troubleshoot ACG ZRO 200 T capsule filling machine and 100% checkweigher.
Supervisory responsibilities may include machine troubleshooting and checkweigher operations.
