🎯 About DBT BITP
The DBT–Biotech Industrial Training Programme is designed to provide biotechnology graduates and postgraduates with hands-on exposure to real industrial environments.
Selected candidates undergo structured industrial training in biotechnology and bio-manufacturing organizations, working on live projects under expert mentorship.
The programme is intended to strengthen industry–academia linkages while improving the employability and industry-readiness of young biotechnology professionals.

Online Application
Eligible candidates must complete the official BITP online application.
Computer Based Test
Candidates will be shortlisted through an All-India Computer Based Test.
Industry Placement
Placement with a training organization will depend on availability and eligibility compliance.
Six-Month Training
Selected trainees receive practical exposure in biotechnology industry environments.

After completing the training, trainees are required to undergo an online assessment conducted by the relevant Sector Skill Council.
Candidates who qualify the assessment will receive an Apprenticeship Certificate under the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF).
